Our DVF (JXF) series trolley slewing mechanism reducer adopts a "—" shaped layout, featuring a compact structure, low noise, and lightweight design.

All gears in the mechanism are designed with hardened tooth surfaces and utilize a planetary transmission system. This ensures a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, precise positioning, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The braking device employs an electromagnetic brake, which offers reliable and safe performance, smooth braking, high braking frequency, and convenient adjustment of the braking torque. It is easy to maintain and replace.

The slewing motor is a three-phase asynchronous motor with variable frequency braking. It provides a wide range of speed adjustment, high efficiency, low starting current, and high starting torque, enabling quick braking and accurate positioning. More motor options can be equipped according to customer needs.
